Credit Control Team
The Credit Control team comprises of the Credit Manager, Assistant Credit Manager and seven Credit Controllers. The team is responsible for the collection of all monies owed to the University.
Credit Controllers are available to discuss and give advice on fee payment, the Fees Policy and other related matters, in person and over the phone.
Students who pay their own fees (or whose family pay their fees)
Please refer to the Fees Policy for details of the payment options, how and when to pay your tuition fees. You may be eligible for a discount if you pay your fees early.
If at anytime you have difficulty paying your fees, you should contact the Credit Control team immediately to discuss your situation and the payment options available to you.
Face to face
An enquiries ‘drop in service’ (no appointment required) is run every morning and afternoon, Monday to Friday in the Credit Control office, (East Building) Room EB.G.09
Morning service – 9am to 11.30am
(A limited general enquires service operates from 12pm to 1pm)
Afternoon service – 1.00pm to 4.30pm
Credit Controllers are available during the above times to discuss installment agreements, payment plans, fee payment and any other fee, payment or invoice queries you may have.
At certain times of the year (such as pre & post enrolment) the ‘drop in service’ is in high demand. During these times you may be asked to wait until a Credit Controller is available, so please allow yourself enough time in case this is necessary.
During enrolment the Credit Control team are based in the enrolment centre and the ‘drop in service’ does not run in the office.
