How to Pay Money to UEL
OnLine - You can pay your tuition and accommodation bills using a debit or credit card through UEL-Direct 24/7 by just logging onto www.uel.ac.uk and following the links. You will need your student number and date of birth to use this method.
You can also register and pay for conferences by following the relevant links from ‘events’ pages of the UEL web site.
Telephone - You can pay your bills by phoning us on:
- +44 (0)20 8223 2974 - 9am to 4.45pm Monday to Friday
- +44 (0)20 8223 7526 - 8am to 6pm Mondays and Tuesdays and 8am to 5pm Wednesday to Friday
This excludes bank holidays and the mid-winter closure. (Phones to make free internal telephone calls are available in each of our Learning Resource Centres.)
In Person - You can also pay us at the times listed below:
Docklands campus (Room NBG.02, Ground floor, North Building)
- Each Monday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Each Tuesday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Each Wednesday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Each Thursday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
- Each Friday from 9.30am to 4.30pm
(There will also be an extended hours cashiering service during First Week.)
Stratford Campus - At "The Student Centre" The Green (no cash is accepted here)
- Monday to Friday from 9.30am to 4pm
Bank Transfer - UEL provides a service whereby you can transfer funds straight into the UEL bank account. Details of our bank account are below.
