Increase the opening hours of cashiers please |
Our new cashiers office on the ground floor of the North Building is now open between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday (with the exception of Wednesday afternoon when we will be closed at 1pm) With the increased opening hours of our telephone support team you will be able to pay over the phone 8am to 6pm Mondays and Tuesdays and 8am to 5pm Wednesday to Friday. |
Please provide a private room for us to discuss our financial queries with you |
If you want to use our drop-in service room 2.17 in the East Building between 9.30am and 4pm Monday to Friday, we will advise you that we have two private interview rooms available should you wish to use one. If the rooms are not immediately available we will let you know an appropriate waiting time |

Financial Services dedicated telephone support team have increased their opening hours so that they will be available to answer your queries 8am to 6pm Mondays and Tuesdays and 8am to 5pm Wednesday to Friday.
