Scholarships and bursaries for Home (UK) and European Union (EU) students

Progress Bursary

Up to £1,100 awarded to all students who successfully progress through their course

Standard Bursary

Bursary of £338 for all undergraduate full-time students who receive a full maintenance grant 

Sir John Cass's Foundation Bursary

Three scholarships of £7,000 per year for undergraduate engineering, maths and design & technology students

Achievement Scholarship

200 awards each year of £1,000 for outstanding achievement in three categories 

Sport Scholarships

Scholarships for those excelling in our focus sports 

Annual Fund Sports Coaching Scholarships

Three scholarships to give students the funding to acquire levels 2, 3 or 4 of coaching qualifications, excel in their sporting careers and offer coaching to other students

The Worshipful Company of Paviors' Student Financial Assistance Grants

Two grants of £500 for Home and EU first year civil engineering and architecture students  needing extra assistance to continue with their education

The Annual Fund Women’s Entrepreneurship Awards

One award of £1,000 for final year, female UK and EU undergraduate students who wish to start up their own business

Access to Learning Fund

Financial support available for students facing exceptional financial hardship during their studies

Care Leavers Bursary

£1,000 per year available to those who have lived in local authority care 

Foyer University Bursary

£1,000 per year available to those who have lived in a foyer 

Care Leavers Accommodation Bursary

£1,000 bursaries to cover accommodation costs for those who have lived in care 

Student Financial Assistance Grants

Five grants of £500 for Home and EU first year students needing extra assistance to continue with their education

Summer Support Fund

Financial support for students who are unable to work during the summer vacation
