New Beginnings
Home students with little or no experience of higher education can apply to study a New Beginings intensive 12-week programme that prepares you for degree level study. Please contact the Pre-entry Advice team on 020 8223 4354 for further information.
Who is eligible to apply for the New Beginnings expenses?
Students studying a taster module of between 10% and under 50% of a full time course, and who have no previous experience of Higher Education.
Assistance if granted will be a total award of £200 for students with ‘Home’ student status. Students with ‘EU’ student status are not eligible for this award. The award will be credited to your student account if successful.

Where to submit the form and deadline?
Application forms must be submitted no later than Friday 5th October 2012. Applications submitted after this date will not be considered. There are no exceptions.
