Undergraduate distance learning 2012/13 fees and funding

 

Tuition fees

From September 2012 the University of East London will charge tuition fees of £995 per module to new Home, EU and International students on distance learning undergraduate courses.

If you are a Home or EU students you will not have to pay these university fees upfront.  If you are studying for your first degree or other higher education course which is at least 25% intensity of an equivalent full-time course you can get a Government tuition fee loan.   You don't have to repay anything until you have finished your course and are earning over £21,000.

What do your tuition fees include?

All our distance learning students will receive:

  • Course textbooks
  • Study Guide
  • Access to online learning resources
  • Exams (if in London)*

*Exams

Students choosing to sit exams outside London will be subject to an additional fee.  Please contact our distance learning team for more information about exams: distance.learning@uel.ac.uk
