At the University of East London we have a dedicated security team to help maintain a safe and secure environment for students, staff and visitors.

What we provide

• Patrol officers.
• Operation of CCTV system.
• Key control.
• Lost/found property.
• Incident /theft reporting and investigation.

Service standards

1. We will maintain a visible security presence on campus to prevent and detect crime.
2. We will monitor and control access to the premises.
3. We will provide a response to all reported security related incidents within a reasonable time frame.
4. We will be contactable by telephone during core hours for general security enquiries and at all times for emergencies.
5. We will monitor campus CCTV and alarms at all times.
6. We will aim to provide appropriate advice where possible on all security matters.
