Welcome Visitors Staff ID cards Who we are
Visitors at UEL will always be greeted with courtesy and professionalism upon arrival at the Reception at either Docklands or Stratford. We strongly encourage you to use the form below to inform us when you are expecting a visitor or have organised an event. We will then contact you to let you know when your guest is here and either direct the visitor to your meeting point or ask them to wait in reception for you.
We recommend, especially if your guests are visiting UEL for the first time, that you meet your visitors in reception. Please make sure your visitors know how to get to the Campus.
Please indicate on the form if your visitor(s) need a parking permit as well. There are a limited number of visitor parking spaces available at each campus. Visitors must be authorised by a member of UEL staff. If you are expecting a visitor and wish to arrange a parking space, please use the form below to check availability and reserve a space. 24 hours notice is required, and you must provide the name and the vehicle details of your visitor. We may be unable to accommodate visitors who arrive without securing a pre-booked space.
All pre-booked visitor parking permits for the Docklands Campus can be picked up from the Security Officer at the main gate barrier. Pre-booked visitor parking permits for the Stratford Campus must be collected from the main reception in the Computer and Conferencing building.
Staff arranging visitor parking should request that their visitors obtain a visitor windscreen permit on arrival. Failure to display a valid visitor permit may result in your guest receiving a penalty. Please note that visitor spaces may not be booked for staff members including casual or agency staff or any other person undertaking paid work on UEL premises.
