Welcome Visitors Staff ID cards Who we are
In May 2012, the new Reception Building at UEL's Docklands campus opened to create a novel entrance to the campus. The Reception building is staffed by a member of the Facilities Customer Services team throughout the year, at the hours shown below. The Reception desk in the Computer & Conference Centre at Stratford campus (formerly staffed by Security) will also now be covered by the Facilities Customer Services team.
The two Customer Services receptions will give visitors to UEL a place to go for information and will ensure all the needs of visitors are met when they first arrive at UEL. Please read more about what to do if you are a member of staff or a student at UEL and are expecting visitors to campus.
The Customer Services receptions will now issue new and replacement staff ID cards and visitor request and visitor parking permits as well as staff and student parking permits. Approved permits can be picked up from the Receptions during our opening hours. Please read more about how to apply for a parking permit here.
