The Project office is the in-house team responsible for managing capital projects, refurbishment & minor works in accordance with the Estates Strategy. Its principal aims include:
Projects are developed from initial brief to completion and settling of accounts either entirely in-house, or with the assistance of professional consultants appointed according to the requirements of each scheme. The Projects department co-ordinates consultant's and contractor's work to ensure compliance with requirements, best value for money and least impact upon the ongoing operation of the University
