Tabled below is a summary of routine cleaning carried out across all campuses.

| Floors and stairs | 5 x weekly | To be cleaned (vacuumed or mopped) leaving surfaces free from stains, marks, dust, debris and chewing gum. |
Offices 1 x weekly |

| Lecture theatres and Classrooms | 5 x weekly | Whiteboards cleaned wiped and free from marks, writing tablets to be replaced on chairs, furniture correctly laid out, chairs and furniture surfaces dusted and cleaned |
| Offices | 1 x weekly | Cleared surfaces only to be cleaned, the contractor will not move items or equipment in order to apply cleaning. Free from visable loose debris, dust, fluff and lint. Overall even appearance. |
| Doors | All areas 2 x weekly |
Door handles, closers, latches, seals, signs, locks, hinges, kick and push plates to be damp wiped dried and buffed to remove all stains marks and smears. Glazing and glass polished. |
Reception/canteens 5 x weekly |

| Recycling | When full or requested | Bins containing orange sacks |
| Window cleaning | Annually | Inside and out |
