Workshops:
EmployAbility: 10 - 12pm, Business School, Docklands Campus
EmployAbility is a not-for-profit organisation dedicated to assisting students and graduates with all disabilities, including dyslexia or long term health conditions, into employment. They will be holding a workshop to show how they can support students with a disability with their developing career. This includes guidance on preparing CVs and completing application forms, interview preparation and assessment centres, advice on sensitive issues such as disclosure of a disability, reasonable adjustments etc.

Shaw Trust: 1 - 3pm, East Building, Docklands Campus
The Shaw Trust Employer & Graduate Services programme works to support students and graduates with disabilities, into appropriate employment opportunities via internships, vacation placements, graduate schemes and other similar programmes. They provide help, advice and guidance on applying for jobs and working with a disability. The talk will cover disclosure, reasonable adjustments and other issues. Plus there will be the opportunity for 1:1 sessions.
