The innovative and inspiring Management and Leadership Development Scheme for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) staff is a part of the University’s strategy of ‘growing’ and ‘empowering’ staff to deliver a world class service.
A stimulating and challenging programme designed to offer skills, knowledge and experience in leadership and management to staff from a Black, Asian or Ethnic Minority community working in the University of East London in roles in which management is a significant component.
Participants are inspired to see beyond their horizons and motivated to achieve dexterity in developing their careers in this organisation or other higher educational establishments.
This Scheme together with the development of staff networks will enhance the good relationship, staff, managers and students experience in this establishment.
