At UEL, we understand and value the tremendous benefits of partnership. We want to get you involved in the excellent transformational work our students, graduates and communities are undertaking. With the introduction of UEL's new strategy 'Transformation for Excellence' for 2010-2020, we are more determined than ever to increase the value of everything we do through forging partnerships with our alumni, honorary graduates and other Friends of UEL.

Please find below a range of opportunities for engagement with UEL. Here are some of the ways you can be engaged with the transformational work of our university. Why not consider sponsoring, donating or contributing to one or more options from the list below?

• Annual Fund sponsorships

• Start-Up Research Grants
• Student Financial Assistance Grants
• Women’s Entrepreneurship Grants
• Sports Coaching Scholarships
• Scholarships for specific subject areas or countries
• Events (e.g. VC’s Annual Fund Awards Ceremony where the above awards are presented, Chancellor’s Honorary Award Holders’ Dinner, or Alumni events)

• Donate to the Annual Fund

• Set up a Direct Debit and give regularly or make a one-off donation
• Donate in kind, e.g. venues, catering and drinks for events
• Take part in sponsored sporting events and raise money for UEL

• Contribute in our Employability and Enterprise agenda

• Provide internships
• Provide job placements and work training for our students and graduates
• Take part in our Job Assessment Centres
• Take part in a range of business competition initiatives that are developed for our students and graduates

• Offer job mentoring

• Contribute in the furthering of our research and teaching agenda
