Please can staff park in the underground car park on this day.

Torch Relay - budding tweeters and facebookers wanted

The Torch Relay is coming to Beckton on Saturday 21 July and we're looking for people to take photos, tweet and facebook as it passes UEL. If you're planning on coming down, please let Oliver Knight know, who will be able to provide social media tips as well as advice as to the best place to stand on the day!

Even if you're not going to be on campus, you can still tweet and facebook about the torch - just use the hashtag #BestinLondon4Sport

To see what UEL is saying on the day of the relay and throughout the Olympic period, follow us on Twitter @UEL2012 and @UEL_News or become a fan on Facebook

We want your stories!

From Friday 27 July and throughout the Olympics, we will be emailing you a regular edition of inFocus. We want to hear your stories about what you're getting up to during the Games. This could be an official role such as volunteering or dancing in the opening ceremony, or it could be a more informal update of your experiences of the Games while working at home.

Get in touch at infocus@uel.ac.uk or call Greg Lilley on ext. 2082.
