Campus access
You
should by now know if you are required to be on campus during
games-time (27 July -12 August). If you are unsure, please speak
to your line manager.
- From the beginning of July, our Olympic guests will begin to take residence at Docklands and Stratford campuses.
- Those not required to be on campus should avoid coming into to the
university during games-time. If you have an urgent reason for coming
onto campus, you will still be able to do so but please note that no
parking will be available.
- Only UEL staff will be able to access campus (not family or friends).
- Only staff who have been allocated games-time parking will be allowed to park on campus.
Accommodation on campus
Unless
already arranged with your manager, there are no rooms available to
book on campus. If necessary, there will be emergency single sex dorms on the third
floor of East Building, Docklands and R Building, Stratford. You do
not need to book these and they will be cleaned every morning.
Transport
If
you are working on campus, any disruptions to travel will be handled
by managers agreeing flexible start and finish times where
operationally possible to do so.
