Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Report (DLHE)

Destinations of Leavers from Higher Education Survey (DLHE)

The Destination of Leavers from Higher Education Survey (DLHE) is a national survey providing information on the destinations of graduates approximately six months after graduating from a higher education institution. The data is collected via a survey carried out on behalf of the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) who use it in part to generate league tables and an Employability Performance Indicator (EPI) for each institution. Copies of the report are electronically disseminated to Deans of Schools and other members of the University's Senior Management Team, as well as being available in hard copy.

Each year, approximately six months after graduation the Employability and Enterprise Team surveys UEL diplomates and graduates to collect "First Destination" information. This information is then provided to the Higher Education Statistics Agency (HESA) who use it in part to generate league table information and EPI.

The information is provided annually in a report which shows the overall destination figures for the University and it's constituent schools. The data collected annually is compiled into a report, if you are a member of staff and you would like to see the report or your schools breakdown please contact eet@uel.ac.uk or call 0208-223-2424
