This is the first group of students undertaking the MA Early Childhood Studies in Singapore at Advent Links SAUC which has been validated by UEL. Lynn Ang and Carolyn Silberfeld went to teach them the first two modules - 'Issues and Controversies in Early Childhood and Child Development', and 'Methods of Research in Early Childhood' - in January 2009.
The students come from Singapore and Sarawak. The teaching was very intense but well received and the students evaluated the modules extremely positively. Teaching sessions were interesting and interactive. This is a highly motivated and enthusiastic group of students who are looking forward to July when Lynn and Carolyn will be going to teach them the next two modules.
