Welcome to UEL’s Season’s Greetings eCards website

Corporate Marketing has selected CorpNote as its Online Greeting Card service for this Christmas

With our subscription we are able to localise users and give nominated UEL staff members access to their own area to upload their contacts and use the system.

With an eCards service

  • we can save the time and expense of printing, stuffing and mailing paper greeting cards.
  • with an online system you can find just the right eCard in a huge selection, select one of UEL's corporate designs or you can design your own.
  • you can send an unlimited number of eCards
  • you can upload your own Address book from Outlook, Excel and other popular software
  • you can track who views your eCards
  • you can send immediately or schedule eCards for future delivery
  • you can customize a card with a sigature, colors and links to other websites and social media
  • you can easily make any eCard into an Online Invitation or Online Survey
  • you can compose your eCard message using MS Word-style tools

Delivery

One of the deciders for choosing this eCard system is because it uses "email invitation" as its delivery method as opposed to "email embedding".

  • Once an invitation is clicked, CorpNote shows you who actually views your eCard. So no embedding tracking links in emails for spam and privacy issues.
  • Invitations can be read by non-html email software; embedded eCards would not be visible to those recipients.
  • More recipients can view your eCard because it won't be rejected by SPAM filters or Proxy servers that don't allow embedded graphics in emails.
  • By launching a web browser to view the eCards, the system will provide a richer, more stable viewing environment. This includes Flash multimedia and video in our eCards.
  • Reduced mail size if sent to UEL internal mailboxes
