Each School has a designated timetabler / room booker and all timetable related / semester long queries should be directed through them in the first instance.
We take responsibility for the allocation of rooms to timetables that are constructed by Schools themselves. These are scheduled using the timetabling and room bookings software CELCAT.
Requests to change teaching timetables should be submitted by Timetable Champions using the Change Request Application (CRA)
All teaching rooms have an OHP and whiteboard as standard equipment.
In the event of a problem with a teaching room, please e-mail Timetabling Unit
If you wish to report an issue relating to general maintenance or grounds, please call the maintentance helpline on ext.2000.
