We also provide an ad hoc room booking service across 3 sites: Duncan House, Docklands and Stratford. We control approximately 120 pool teaching rooms and 2 meeting rooms.
Requests for ad-hoc bookings should be made by School or Services authorised room booking representatives through Room Booker. General queries regarding ad hoc bookings is available by e-mailing timetabling@uel.ac.uk.

When making an ad hoc booking, the following information should be included in your request:
We will always try to meet your specified requirements, subject to availability.
We ask that you give us at least 7days notice of any room request, but preferably longer. We recognise this may not always be possible, so in an emergency we will take queries over the 'phone on ext.4150. However this will need to be confirmed by a follow up e-mail.
Any bookings that involve hosting external guests will be dealt with from the outset by the Conference section: conferences@uel.ac.uk
Student Information
All requests for room bookings by students must be made via the Student Union (visit SU reception for details). We are sorry, but direct bookings cannot be made by students to Timetabling.
