Why Study Music Industry Management as part of a Combined Honours Degree?

Music Industry Management is delivered by the Business School at the University of East London and will appeal to all those who wish to work in the Music or Cultural Industries. Programme content reflects the changing nature and growth of the music, media and cultural industries which now form a significant part of the UK economy. Incorporating key areas of management, such as marketing and finance, the programme will seek to foster entrepreneurial skills which specifically focus upon the music and cultural industries.

What will I study?

The degree comprises of 18 modules taken over three levels of study. Music Industry Modules include:

Can I study a Combined Honours Programme as a Part-time degree?

All our Combined Honours Programmes can be studied on a Part-time or Full-time basis. As a Part-time student, you will study the same degree programme, but at a slower pace. You will study up to 4 modules per year (instead of 6 as a full-time student).

Entry Requirements

280 UCAS tariff points (including two passes at A2 level) plus GCSE Maths and English grade C.

How do I apply?

If you wish to study with us full-time from September, you will need to make your application via UCAS (www.ucas.ac.uk).

If you wish to study with us part-time you can obtain an application form from our admissions department study@uel.ac.uk or apply on-line.
