The Student Charter for Collaborative Partners of the University of East London (UEL)

Introduction from the Vice Chancellor

Making a success of your time as a student needs commitment, determination and a partnership between students and staff. This student charter sets out a clear set of promises to you and makes clear what is expected in return. One of the most important aspects of partnership is good communication. For that reason, we have tried to write this student charter in plain English and all promises are made in good faith.

We are justifiably proud of the relationship our partners have with their students. But things can still go wrong from time to time. If they do, they have a commitment to putting them right. We value your feedback at any time, whether it is good or bad. We always want to know about small problems before they become big problems.
