- the development of new ways of providing access to learning resources and that services are continually improved to meet your needs; and
- that learning resource staff are welcoming, polite, and professionally trained to meet your needs and interests.
Our partners expect you to:
- respect the rights and needs of others, in line with the institution's rules, any copyright and patent laws, and existing computer regulations;
- return books, electronic and audiovisual resources you have borrowed when they are due or when staff ask you to;
- look after books, journals and reports, and not steal, damage or hide them;
- get help if you need it, and help by giving your comments and views on services and suggestions for improvement; and
