The Student Charter for Collaborative Partners of the University of East London (UEL)

When you apply

You can expect:

to be provided up-to-date and accurate information and advice on the programmes on offer;
a reply to all enquiries on how to join the programme normally within five working days (or immediately if by phone);
to be sent normally within three working days, the appropriate prospectus which will include all the information you need and an application form or details of how to apply;
to be sent to you information on any open days or other relevant events normally at least 20 working days before the visit or event (or straight away if one is taking place soon); and
to be sent information on fees, and how to pay them, and any financial help that may be available.

Our partners will expect you to:

give complete and accurate information on the application form and tell them about any personal circumstances (for example, your health, disability or special needs) which will help them to help you;
take part in any interviews, or send in any supporting work when asked; and
find out as much as you can about what is on offer to you.
