Once you have your place you will need to formally accept your offer. There is lots of information about the things you will need to do this on these pages.

Accepting your offer

Once you have been made an offer for a place on a course at UEL, you will need to accept your offer.

Undergraduate full time courses starting in September

If you are already in UCAS follow the steps below

  1. Log onto your UCAS Track account
  2. Go to the Choices screen
  3. Click on Add Clearing Choice
  4. Click on Yes to confirm you wish to accept an unconditional place
  5. Enter the UEL Institution Code - E28
  6. Enter your Course Code - <UCAS Code>
  7. Select Campus Code - Main
  8. Select Start Date - 17 September 2012
  9. Select Entry Point - 1 (if starting a new programme in year 1)
  10. Select whether you intend to live at home whilst studying
  11. Leave the further details box blank
  12. Click on Next

Once you have done this your UCAS application will be sent electronically to us and we will confirm via UCAS that your place on the programme is secured.

As demand for places is extremely high, you must complete the above steps to add a clearing choice via UCAS within 48 hours in order to secure your place.

  1. Follow the personalised instructions in your offer email. If you have not got your offer email, please call our hotline on 020 8223 3333

Please note if you have already registered with UCAS this year you must accept your offer by referring yourself via UCAS Track (See above)  we will not be able to process your acceptance via any other method.

  1. Complete a Fee Assessment Form. Please note that all applicants must complete Sections 1, 2, 3 and 6 as a minimum and other sections as applicable to your circumstances

How will I know my place is secured?

  • You will receive a letter from UCAS confirming that you have a place at UEL this September. We will also send you an email about enrolling for your course and starting at UEL in September. Please see our starting website for further details.
