CITE's Graduation Ceremony 2009

On 29th October 2009, Lord Rix, Chancellor of the University of East London, conferred honorary awards upon Liam Kane, Chief Executive of the East London Business Alliance (ELBA); Government Peer, Baroness Denise Kingsmill and well known writer and broadcaster, Sathi Ludhianvi.
