Subject Knowledge Booster Courses
Subject Booster Courses are designed to develop subject knowledge in the area in which you will be teaching and prepare you for your Secondary Initial Teacher Training programme. The courses could help you bridge any gaps in your subject knowledge and prepare you for your training on either the GTP or the PGCE.
We offer the following courses for free to all ITT offer holders.
- Chemistry
- Food & Textiles (Design & Technology)
- French
- ICT
- Physics
- Mathematics
The following Booster course is free for UEL ITT offer holders. External candidates will be charged a fee.
- Physical Education
To guarantee a place on any of the above Subject Knowledge Booster courses you must have been offered a place on an ITT course.
