Brief biography

Dr. Lynn Ang is a Senior Lecturer in the Early Childhood Studies team. Her research interests include the early years curriculum, issues of cultural diversity, early years leadership, and early childhood across cultures, particularly in the Asia-Pacific region. She teaches on the EdD, MA, and BA Early Childhood Studies programme. She is also a supervisor of Doctorate students. She has worked in different early years and primary education settings in Singapore, Scotland and now England. She has published papers in several international journals and has been awarded a number of research grants from major funding bodies: British Academy, National College for School Leadership and the Economic and Social Research Council (ESRC).
