Business is increasingly an international activity so it makes sense to study in a truly international School. Royal Docks Business School is such a place. East London is the “new London”, bustling, young and diverse. Students who have grown up here are bringing with them the richly diverse experience of the local communities that have themselves originally been drawn from many parts of the World. We are a fast growing School, and applications from the UK to study with us are up by 49% over the last year. Our UK students are joined by an increasing number of international students: this year the School welcomed 700 international students from 73 countries to our Docklands campus. More than one in four of our students on campus have come to us from overseas – at Royal Docks Business School the world is sitting with you in the classroom! Our international students tell us that East London is an immensely exciting place to study and live.

We also work closely with the University’s English Language Centre to ensure that students for whom English is not their first language are able to take their language skills forward before they start their business or management course of study.
International students who do not yet meet the admission criteria for undergraduate honours degrees can apply for a place our International Foundation Programme [insert link], and then move on to their chosen honours degree. Graduates who need a boost in their English language skills, or orientation to business and management subjects, are advised to take our Graduate Certificate in Business as a Pre-Masters qualification. And there are fine opportunities to study our pre-sessional English classes .
Once you are studying at Royal Docks Business School, you can also receive additional language support. Find out more about our in-sessional English classes.
