Mark joined the Royal Docks Business School in December 2009, from Adecco Recruitment (the world's leader in human resource solutions) where he worked for five and a half years, providing temporary and interim staffing, outsourcing, permanent, career services, training and consulting. In October 2006 he was promoted to the Contract Services Manager for the UEL onsite branch and tasked with providing temporary staffing for the University and finding work opportunities for students and graduates.
Prior to joining Adecco Recruitment, Mark spent five years in the sales industry selling advertising space, Computer Aided Design software, computers and training.
Mark was educated at The University of Bedfordshire, studying a BA (Hons) in Business Administration.
Mark has particular responsibility for developing external links, partnerships and liaising with the Associate Dean Dr Lentell in leading on the UEL Royal Docks Business School’s employability agenda.
Mark has the challenge of raising the Royal Docks Business School’s profile and encouraging further engagement with existing and new Businesses. His goal is to make the Royal Docks Business School their first choice when they are looking to employ graduates and to improve the employability of our students by looking at a range of initiatives that will help them with their future career prospects.
