Brief biography
Maarten is a Senior lecturer in the Business School and teaches a number of Human Resource Management Modules on undergraduate and postgraduate courses. He has worked for many years in industry in the personnel field, practising both general human resource management and reward management. He is particularly interested in comparative study of different cultural and business practices in other parts of the world.
Within the HRM discipline, reward and performance management is his area of interest.
