The RDBS Leadership Award equips students with the skills, knowledge and experience for personal development and employment.

How does it work?

 

The RDBS Leadership award is for all undergraduate and postgraduate students and is to be started at the beginning of the academic year. September semester A starters will commence their award at the beginning of October and February semester B starters will begin at the beginning of March. The award is open to everyone but students must register by filling out a registration form.

The components

The award is divided into three sections; these are Events, Personal Development and Work Experience & Volunteering. To gain the award students must complete all of the compulsory components and then achieve a minimum of 100 points.
