Learning Enhancement Opportunities (LEO) project grants are intended to offer colleagues an opportunity to innovate and evaluate aspects of academic practice that are relevant to learning, teaching and assessment.
LEOs are approved first by School/Service Learning and Teaching Committees, and finally by UEL’s Learning and Teaching Committee.
LEOs offer a vehicle by which colleagues (individually or in teams) may advance innovations in learning and teaching, by undertaking a small scale, one year project, funded for up to £5,000.
THE CALL FOR THE 2012/13 LEARNING ENHANCEMENT OPPORTUNITIES (LEO) PROJECTS IS NOW OPEN

Advice on LEO proposals, including information on the application process and obtaining UEL Ethics Committee approval, is available from the Leader in Learning and Teaching (LILT) within your School/Service, or from a member of Academic Practice and Student Experience..
All proposals must be submitted by 5pm Thursday 10th May 2012 to Dallas Davis, LTC Servicing Officer - d.j.davis@uel.ac.uk
