Student Led Teaching Awards

‌What are Student Led Teaching Awards?

These awards allow students to nominate UEL staff who have made a real difference to their learning and development.

UEL’s awards build on highly successful initiatives between the Higher Education Academy and the National Union of Students to create award schemes in 21 Universities in the UK.

Who is organising the awards?

UEL Students are working with the Students’ Union and Academic Practice and Student Experience team to organise and deliver the awards.

Who can be nominated for an award?

Any member of staff who you feel has made a real difference to your learning at UEL can be nominated:

  • Who brings your subject to life?
  • Whose teaching always makes you want to learn more?
  • Who listens when you need to ask that ‘obvious’ question?
  • Who makes you feel valued as a learner?
  • Who gave you that really helpful feedback that helped you to move on?
  • Who helps to keep your project or dissertation on track?

CLICK ON THE LINK BELOW AND NOMINATE NOW!

Student led teaching awards are your awards. You can nominate staff in these categories.

Nominations open 5 November 2012 and close on 8 March 2013.
