I have worked in a variety of fields that have included, media, property development, an exam board and also, the Training and Development Agency for Schools. Although i have strong administrative and customer service skills, my main experience has been within an IT environment having worked as 1st/2nd line support and also a technician.
I have been working as a Learning Technology Technician within UEL since March 2009 and I have worked with the Learning Technology Advisors and I am now part of the Learning Systems team. I have been involved in various filming projects, video and audio editing, Law School staff training on podcasting and general support for the UEL Plus system.
