Leaders in Learning and Teaching

All Schools, Student Services and Library and Learning Services have a member of staff who is also a Leader in Learning and Teaching for that School or Service.

Leaders in Learning and Teaching (LILT's) primarily contribute to the development and promotion of our University's Academic Practice and Learning Enhancement Strategy and associated policy. They are also there to promote and support the development of best practice in Academic Practice (including distance and e-learning), and encourage innovation and creativity within their School or Service.

LILT's will also advise and support colleagues regarding internal and external opportunities in Academic Practice, for example the UEL and National Teaching Fellowships Schemes and Learning Enhancement Opportunity (LEO) projects.

If your would like to know more about their work, please contact your School or Service LILT (listed below);
