Student Helpdesk

The School of Arts and the Digital Industry (ADI) Student Helpdesk provides information and advice on any issues that arise during your studies at UEL. Our Helpdesk is friendly and welcoming, and we will always do our best to be supportive and help with whatever you need.

Services

  • Providing information about registering for modules and timetables
  • Offering help and advice on studies, placements and continuing studies
  • Making appointments with tutors
  • Acting as a go-between for students and programme leaders
  • Taking in and returning coursework
  • Information, help and advice for students
  • School notice boards
  • Other information and assistance

Location

The ADI Student Helpdesk is located in EB.G.04 in the Atrium (East Building) close to the University Square / Cyprus Tube end of the corridor.

Opening Times

  • 9.00am  - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday

Our of term time these opening times may vary so please check in advance.

If you need to speak to someone and the Helpdesk is closed please refer to our list of staff for contact details.
