Mark is part of the Helpdesk Team who are the first point of contact for customer facing enquiries, admissions, coursework submission, employability and placements for the School of Architecture, Computing & Engineering (ACE).

Mark’s responsibility within the Helpdesk Team is Employability and Placements where he leads, creates and develops activities to develop, support and improve the employability skills and entrepreneurial ambitions of students, in line with UEL policy, in order to improve significantly the graduate employment prospects of ACE students. In furtherance of that task to enhance, internally and externally, the School’s profile and reputation amongst employers, stake-holders, alumni and other target and media groups.
