I am a practising architect and senior lecturer responsible for degree level architectural design teaching at the University of East London. I have previously taught at The Bartlett School of Architecture, University College London, Middlesex University and North London University. I have been a guest critic at The Bartlett School of Architecture and Westminster University.
My architectural practice and academic research are primarily driven by an interest in the exploration of rapid prototyping, digital fabrication, computer aided design and manufacturing (cad/cam) and off-site production in the construction of architectural objects and spatial propositions. I am further interested in how the refinement of materials, forms and processes of making combine to produce functionally lighter more efficient architectures.
