ACE Olympic Arrangements

Our Helpdesk and Administrative services will be effected during the Olympic period. To ensure we are able to continue to provide a great service to our students we have put some alternative arrangements in place with effect from Monday 23rd July 2012.

Programme Administrators

From Monday 23rd July untill 10th August the Programme Team will be working normal hours remotely. This means they will be contactable on the following field/subject area mailboxes.

Helpdesk Team

From Monday 23rd July until 10th August , there will be a centralised generic UEL Helpdesk, based at the Stratford Campus (opening hours 11am-3pm).  Staff from ACE, along with those from other schools, will be manning the centralised generic Helpdesk. Students are strongly encouraged to e-mail the School in the first instance, as most queries can be resolved this way.

Please remember that all forms can be downlaoad from UEL Plus, these can then be emailed to the appropriate field or ACE mailbox.
