Student helpdesk

The School of Architecture, Computing and Engineering (ACE) Student Helpdesk provides information and advice on any issues that arise during your studies at UEL. Our Helpdesk is friendly and welcoming, and we will always do our best to be supportive and help with whatever you need.

  • Acting as a go-between for students and programme leaders
  • Taking in and returning coursework

Location

The ACE Student Helpdesk is located in the Atrium (East Building) close to the Sports Dock end of the corridor.

Opening Times

  • 9.15am  - 4.00 pm Monday to Friday

Out of term time these opening times may vary so please check in advance.

If you need to speak to someone and the Helpdesk is closed please refer to our list of staff for contact details.

Software

Did you know as an ACE student you have access to industry standard software for your studies. Some of this software is also available to ACE students at discounted rates, or in some cases for free !
