Research
Interests:
    Mathematical Modelling, Theory of Constraints, Decision Theory and Risk Assesment, Methods for Damping Gas Bearings vibrations, Theoretical and practical possibilities of generating non evolventic profile gears using CNC Machine Tools.
Current:       Decision models and risk analysis for outsourcing manufacturing operations; Influence of chocked gas flow on the pressure distribution and on the static & dynamic coefficients of gas bearings; Investigation into the possibility of using Eddie currents for non contact damping of high frequency mechanical vibrations and the idea of an adaptive dynamic magnetic damper.
