    Docklands Campus

Our waterfront Docklands campus provides a modern, well-equipped learning environment, with modern lecture theatres and seminar rooms, a 24/7 library and learning centre, and a multimedia production centre - complete with audio and visual labs and studios.

UEL is one of the few London universities to provide on-campus accommodation. Our Docklands Student Village houses over 1,200 students, as well as shops and a launderette.
Other features include: the Children’s Garden early learning centre, cafés and restaurants, a campus bookshop, and Student Union facilities, including a café-bar and launderette.

    Stratford Campus

Our historic Stratford campus is located one of the best-connected areas of London: close to Stratford’s thriving town centre, the 2012 Olympic Park, and just 15 minutes from London’s West End.

Stratford’s facilities include: a new library and learning centre, upgraded laboratories and computing services. The Cass School of Education and Communities, and Centre for Clinical Education in Podiatry, Physiotherapy and Sports Science are housed in new buildings. There is also a campus restaurant and bookshop, and a Students’ Union café-bar.

Westfield Stratford City - Europe’s largest indoor shopping mall - is just one of Stratford’s attractions, alongside many other shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. There are two multiscreen cinemas, a theatre, an arts centre and much more.

    University Square Stratford

University Square Stratford is one of London’s most modern and well-equipped campuses. It serves 3,400 students and is the base for our courses in law and criminology, dance and performing arts, and the Master of Business Administration (MBA).

Modern facilities include: performing arts spaces; three performance studios; the Harvard lecture theatre, with live lecture capture technology; the multimedia Weston Learning Centre; a dedicated MBA suite and teaching space; a 300-seat specialised tiered lecture; and a simulated courtroom for mooting experience.
The campus is close to new Stratford developments such as Westfield Stratford City, and next door to the Theatre Royal and Picturehouse cinema

    Campus to campus

We operate a regular, free double-decker bus service between our Stratford and Docklands campuses. This runs morning to evening, and takes about 25 minutes.

You can also use the DLR to travel between campuses: a 15-minute journey. Cyprus DLR station is opposite the main entrance to Docklands, while Stratford DLR station is just five minutes from University Square Stratford, and ten minutes from the main Stratford campus.
